Levi McClendon experienced counselor with a Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision. He has 14 years of counseling experience in various settings: schools, non-profit counseling centers, and private practice. Dr. McClendon is a full time assistant professor of counseling and see clients on a part-time basis. He loves learning, all things fitness and enjoys stand-up comedy. Dr. McClendon is a single father of twin daughters, a military veteran, and a Texas certified teacher and professional school counselor.
Dr. McClendon is EMDR-trained and has advanced training in play therapy. He can help you learn skills to build resiliency and healthy behaviors/relationships which will enrich your life. Dr. McClendon possesses an undergraduate with a double major in Health and Kinesiology and Psychology. He believes in the importance life-role balance in order to arrive at optimal well-being.
